Trip to the cabin!

We went to my friend Kisha's families cabin and we always have so much fun. here's a shooting pellet guns. Davis loves the guns and wanted to help me shoot it. we also shot 22's and shot guns, i was proud because i hit two clay pigeons.
Here's Davis fishing. He really likes to fish but it was funny because he got a fishing pole for christmas but refused to use it. he didn't want the fish to get it dirty or it to get wet. lol funny kid. sadly everyone caught a fish but we could never catch one.

they had this cute little green four wheeler and he loved to drive it.

but most of all he loved jumping on the tramp. he would jump morning to night if i would have let him.

Davis's Graduation

Davis had a really cute program for his preschool graduation. Except he was so shy he would only sit on my lap on the side of the stage, but it was still really fun to see what he's been learning at school. here's a picture with the proud parents.
he wouldn't wear his cap so i wore it instead. what a little turkey!

We finally got him to sit in the chair! yay! maybe next year he'll actually sing.

Easter fun!

We had such a fun Easter! this year we did something different and went to a petting zoo thing. We also did a Easter egg hunt which is the picture above. He's looking so old now.

He was really nervous at first to touch the animals so he would barely pet this cute calf but then he finally warmed up to all the other ones.

Here's him holding all by himself a baby turtle. they had so many animals. chicks, ducklings, calves, turtles, bunnies, ponies, and you could actually hold all of them.

Such a cutie pie. this bunny was so sweet, it just curled into a ball and just laid there. all the others people had were trying to jump out of there arms. they were for sell and i kept wanting to take it home. i want to go this place every year.

Goblin Valley!

We went down to goblin valley for spring break and had so much fun. one of my families favorite places to go. it was a little windy but we were still able to do all the hiking, four wheeling, and all that fun stuff. summer can't come soon enough.

taking a bath in the camper. he's about out grown it but he's just so dang cute in it. sad for his clean freak mom.

Stopped to go to the bathroom and stood up and there was this dead mouse in the side of the cliff. no idea how it got there, but scared me half to death. davis thought it was so funny when i told him.

We did a hike in little wild horse and we did about 4 miles and davis did about 3 all by himself before i had to carry him. he's already going to be a good hiker. he loves the whole hiking and camping thing. i can't believe how old he is getting, memories like this are the ones i'll always remember.

Disney on ice!

Its been almost a year since i blogged so i thought it was maybe time. So this one is for you jani! I thought it would be really fun to go to Disney on ice, i loved it so much when i was a kid. Does anyone remember when they used to do like a whole movie for Disney on ice? i remember seeing peter pan and beauty and the beast. so anyway last friday we decided to go. We had so much fun, its worth every penny when you see them clapping and waving to the characters.
i got him one thing and of course he picked the buzz lightyear sword.

Easter Egg Hunt!

Every year my work has an easter egg hunt and davis was old enough to go. he loved finding the eggs but wanted to stop and open them to eat the candy. he's got some brinkerhoff in him (were all candyholics). what a cute boy! we hope everyone has a wonderful easter.

Davis's 2nd Birthday!

We have a lot of birthdays in our family between october and december so by the time it got to his birthday he loved blowing out candles. so he blew them out and wanted to do it again. He is looking like such a big kid now.

Here's his cute dump truck cake. thanks mom and mel for helping me decorate it.

He really liked opening everything and would say "oh" when he opened it. a few people gave him clothes so mel asked him what do you think is in it? he said "clothes."

Trick-or- Treat!

This was the first year davis understood halloween and the whole tricker treating. i got him to say trick-or-treat and it was just so adorable in his little voice. we took him to my work as well door to door and he would tell them thank you every time they gave him some. we had so much fun!

Pumpkin Patch

I'm sorry everyone i have a lot of blogging makeup to do. i haven't had a camera and i finally got these pictures so sorry they are from clear back in october. i've wanted to show all the fun we've been having. we love fall and going to the pumpkin patch as just a fun activity. davis loves riding in the cart and picking out the pumkins. these are pics of him being silly.

Cruise to Mexico!

He's home!

He's arrived! So many missionaries came home that day and everytime one would come down the escalater we would think it was him. it was sad cuz a lot of the missionaries had no family to greet them. i don't know why so many weren't there but eventually he got here safe and sound. so thanks to all missionaries in general, thanks for all you do!

i haven't had a camera so i haven't really wanted to blog but my mom took some so i thought i would update finally. Davis is getting so big and it seems like doing or saying something new everyday. we love to swing together and when i ask him if he wants to get down he shakes his head and says no like 4 times, but when he wants to get down he'll just practically jump or fall out. he's such a funny kid!

4th of July!

We had a wonderful 4th, we hope everyone else did as well. Davis and i went to the centerville parade with my family and had a barbeque afterwards. Davis loved the parade and of course loved the candy they were throwing. Also thank you Nolan and Jesse for serving our country and so that we could do these fun things with our families and live in such a great place.

He loves to swing now all by him self and this is him swinging at the barbeque. He's such a big kid now.

Then we went and had a little party at the hill's for ora's birthday and just hung out. we were roasting marshmellows and doing sparklers. i lite mine in the fire and instead of lighting them it ignited them and they were just on fire instead of sparkling. i'm such a dork, a little blond moment.

Father's Day!

I finally got some time to sit down and update our blog, sorry its been forever. For father's day we spent the day at both our parents houses. it was just a nice day to all be together and remember what nice fathers we have. this is a family picture we took because makell and jaxon were here from Arizona.

The kids love playing in the water in the sink for hours. We let them all play in the sink as you can see in the picture below so we let them play in there diapers for a while. they loved that, ellis and davis wrestled and tickled eachother. it was so cute!

Davis loves to play basketball on his hoop in the kitchen. so i put my korver jersey on him and he thought it was so cool and just played basketball for forever. he is such an adorable kid and getting so big so fast. i just keep enjoying cute little moments like this.

We went to an Easter egg hunt and my grandma and grandpa's house and Davis got to hunt for eggs. He didn't quite get the concept of finding the eggs so we would point them out to him and he would pick them up and put them in his bucket. But he would see all the eggs in the bucket and start trying to take them out. He sure knew how to find the candy in them and eat it. We had a really fun Easter and we hope everyone had a fun and nice one too.

We want Spring!

Davis loves to be outside and i can't say no when he's trying to put on his shoes and drag me out the door. The weather has been awful but i bundle him up and take him out and he never wants to come back in even if his fingers are going to fall off. He also loves to play with basketballs and dunk them in the hoop. He says "bubball" all the time pointing at anything that even looks like a ball. I can't get him to come inside if were dunking the basketballs in the hoop, he could do it all day. He usually has a huge tantrum and this look below if we have to go in. If only Tage and i had been a little taller he might have had a chance to be the next "D Hill". We both can't wait for spring and hope it comes soon so were not freezing our butts off playing basketball.

This one is for you Jani! lol! i'm so bad about updating our blog so sorry its taken so long everyone. Davis is getting so big and becoming a toddler. i'll go to work and come home from work and he looks like he's gotten bigger again. The pictures are on Valentines day, Davis got a bag of fish from grandma and grandpa B. and he was taking one out one at a time eating them. we turned our backs for a second (bad mistake) and he dumped them all over the floor. lol! what a cute kid, how could you get mad at that.

This is Davis opening his presents Christmas morning. He got a drum with a lot of instruments inside it, a fire engine that he can ride, and lots of other stuff. His grandparents gave him a dump truck that is so big he can ride in it if he wants to. Tage looks really tired because he worked a graveyard shift the night before. Even though we still had a very nice Christmas. It was just nice to spend time with family, have my brother called from on his mission, and we saw Davis have so much fun. Isn't he just an adorable little kid? We hope everybody had a wonderful Christmas season!

Davis's Birthday

Davis had his first birthday on the 6th. We had everyone over on sunday for cake and ice cream. As you can see Davis was either really overwhelmed or doesn't like to be dirty, but he was tired too so that didn't help either. He loves all the gifts that everyone gave him, he can already slam dunk in the little basketball hoop. We can't believe our cute little baby is now walking, adorable toddler, he's just growing so fast.

This is the cute train cake that i made. Its all cupcakes but it looks like a cake, it looked really cute.
